Maximum seating capacity up to 250 guests for sit-down events, 300 guests for stand-up events

Full service catering available including premium menu options and bakery.

Full bar service available with option for private bar with assigned bartender

Rates: Fee for Loft rental is on a sliding scale based upon the number of guests. Rental fee includes all necessary equipment and servingware, tables, chairs, servers, set-up and clean up. White linens for round tables are additional.

The rates are: (up to 50 guests: $600) / (51 - 100 guests: $800) / (101 -150 guests: $1000) |(151-200 guests: $1200) (201-250 guests: $1400) | (251 and up : $1600).

Rental period for The Loft is from 8am until 11pm. If you would like additional set-up time, the room may be accessed the day before the event (provided it is available) for a fee of $100

For eleven years we have been providing superior service for special events. We have hosted many events in the Loft: rehersal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, Christmas parties, retirement parties, bar / bat mitzvahs, corporate meetings and presentations, proms, dances, anniversary parties, sweet sixteens, quincineras, engagement parties, and many more.
