Room fees include tables, chairs, linen napkins, silverware, glassware, votives and tea lights. The room fee is non-refundable and due at the time the space is confirmed. This fee doesn't include food.. Rodi is the exclusive caterer for all event spaces on 245 West properties.
The Loft: (up to 50 guests: $600) / (51-100 guests: $800) / (101-150 guests: $1000) | (151-200 guests: $1200) | (201-250guests: $1400) (250-300 guests: $1600). Rental period for The Loft is from 8am until 11pm.
The Terrace Room: (24-48) Flat fee: $250
Service Charges:
Gratuity: 20% of food and beverages
Tax: 7.75% or current rate
* The above prices include tables, chairs, plates, silverware, glassware, linen napkins, votives and tea lights. The round 60 inch tables come with lap length tablecloths.
* Rental fee includes set-up and break down for our equipment. Additional decorations are the guest’s responsibility for setting up before and taking down after the event.
* The party booking the event is responsible for any damage done to 245 West property, including damage done by guests.
* Rodi is the exclusive caterer for all event spaces on 245 West properties. Absolutely NO outside alcohol is permitted on the premises. Guests who are discovered with contraband will immediately be escorted from the premises. Bottles of wine with prior approval may be brought onto the property for consumption but are subject to a corkage fee.
*With prior consent, guests may bring a cake from an outside source, although a plate charge may apply.
* A cash bar includes a $35 per hour bartender fee.
